Content to include: The most current skills to enhance ethical supervision practice including cultural humility, competencies, supervision guidelines and best practices; the supervisory relationship, strain, ruptures, repair, reflective practice, diversity and multiculturalism in all aspects; assessment, feedback, and evaluation strategies; legal and ethical frames; self-care; and management of supervisees not meeting performance competency standards.
