Planting the Seeds of Conversational Intelligence® to Nurture Growth in Challenging Times

We are thrilled by the response to our 2022 event - registration is now full.  Please reach out to [email protected] if you would like to be placed on a waitlist and we will contact you should space become available.

As we continue to emerge from the relentless demands of the past two years, leaders are shifting from reactive to proactive, from heads down to heads up -with an eye toward the new realities of our sector in 2022.

Disruptive forces have forever changed how we see our systems, our services, and our workforce. As leaders, our ability to actively listen and connect to our teams has never been more critical. How do we strengthen our skills and sharpen our tools to deeply engage in the kinds of conversations required of us today? How do we form meaningful connection amidst dissension, dis-ease, and the disruption of in-person connection?

As we explore these questions, we are also surveying the landscape and recognizing that the disruption of this time invites us to go beyond the boundaries of our own organizations to explore future models of collaboration. Growing more diverse, inclusive organizations and transforming our services for sustainable futures, requires us to explore new partnerships and assess our readiness for new strategic alignments.

Under the thoughtful guidance and facilitation of Mary Stelletello of Vista Global Coaching & Consulting, join us for two invigorating days in Door County from June 22-24 as we look inward to grow our conversational intelligence and look outward toward readiness for strategic partnerships of the future.

Day 1, June 23 Practicing Conversational Intelligence® through Challenging Times

  • Gain increased awareness of your personal conversational style and its impact on others
  • Gain increased awareness of what triggers you in conversations
  • Learn techniques to engage in courageous conversations

Day 2, June 24 From Courageous Conversations to Sustainable Strategies: Assessing Organizational Readiness for Strategic Partnerships
