What:  Trauma-Informed Human Resources

At the end of this workshop, attendees will be able to: 

• Describe how trauma-informed practices can be incorporated into human resources, such as: 
  
• Hiring and onboarding staff
• Supporting staff through crisis situations, and
• Maintaining employee accountability. 
  
• Identify two specific TIC HR practices to bring back to their organization.
