As we approach our 45th year as a membership association, an evolution is occurring. We are more diverse organizationally than we have ever been, with agencies delivering services across the entire continuum of care. From home visiting to caring for adults and delivering integrated health care services, the breadth of the work is impressive, and slightly daunting. With demand for the high-quality care our agencies provide only increasing, now is a time to reflect on who we are, who our communities need us to become, and what we need in order to deliver on our missions.
