This is a two-part training occurring over two days (registration includes both days): (Part 1 of 2) February 11th from 9am-4:30pm (30 minute lunch provided) Workshop Description: Saima Chauhan, LCSW, CSAC, ICS, EMT-B moved from Arkansas to Wisconsin with her family in 2015. Saima has 20 years of professional experience in the substance abuse and Mental Health field. September of this year Saima joined the Bureau of Prevention Treatment and Recovery (BPTR) team at DHS as the Substance Use Disorder Treatment Coordinator. Before BPTR she served as a Clinical Team Manager at Journey Mental Health Center, overseeing 5 programs including outpatient substance use services, a culturally specific African American program, the impaired driving assessment program, medication assisted treatment program, drug court, and adult clinical services.
